Wow, ils sont TRANCHANTS. J'avais désespérément besoin de couteaux de cuisine qui ne s'émoussent pas immédiatement... en gros, vous en aurez pour votre argent. Ceux que j'avais n'étaient pas de bonne qualité et n'étaient pas à la hauteur de ceux-ci.
Tout d'abord, le bloc de bois dans lequel ils sont livrés est LOURD. C'est magnifique et ça a l'air vraiment sympa dans ma cuisine.
Deuxièmement, les poignées sont bien formées et sont agréables dans ma main. Faciles à manipuler.
Ensuite, ils sont super tranchants. Tellement faciles à préparer.
Une grande variété de styles pour que vous ayez tous les essentiels. Ceux-ci sont très chics pour quelqu'un qui ne sait pas ce dont il a besoin dans sa cuisine (moi).
Je les recommanderais si vous voulez un bon ensemble de couteaux et que vous ne savez pas ce que vous voulez/avez besoin
Coltello con lama molto tagliente..comprato per disossare il prosciutto.
Il prodotto non è molto pesante, anzi.
Belle i disegni sulla lama(non bassorilievi profondi, ma disegni)..mentre le scanalature sono fatte molto bene(in modo che quando tagli non si tiri la carne dietro..)
Qualitativamente l'acciaio mi sembra eccellente e l'impugnatura risulta ergonomica.
Tutto ok..con riserva di metterlo sotto lavoro.
PS: scatola curata, anche se una confezione in legno sarebbe stata ancora più prestigiosa.

Dieses Messer ist wirklich sehr schön mit dem dunklen Holzgriff und der Stahlangel. Diese Angel trägt zur perfekten Balance bei, der Schwerpunkt liegt genau am Kropf. Der Griff ist gut geformt und liegt super bequem in der Hand. Der Kropf ist auch sehr bequem und die leicht nach innen geneigte Klingenwurzel ermöglicht eine ausgezeichnete Kontrolle. Natürlich ist es sofort scharf, aber das ist ziemlich irrelevant, bisher hat es seine Schärfe gut gehalten. Ich habe vor, mir noch ein paar davon als Weihnachtsgeschenke zu besorgen.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Messerset, vor allem für diesen Preis. Sie erhalten im Grunde 7 Messer, einen Block und einen Wetzstahl für ungefähr den Preis eines hochwertigen Messers. Wichtig ist hier nicht, dass Sie nur 7 Messer bekommen, sondern dass Sie 7 hochwertige Messer bekommen!!! Sie können ein Messerset für 29 $ kaufen, und genau das bekommen Sie, ein Messerset für 29 $.
Eine meiner Beschwerden über diese Art von Messerset ist eigentlich eine persönliche Angelegenheit, mir gefällt der sehr aufrechte Ziehwinkel des Messerblocks nicht. Siehe Bilder oben. Ich sage nicht, dass es ein Mangel ist, denn wenn Sie es auf einer Kücheninsel oder einer gewerblichen Arbeitsfläche verwenden, ist Platz Mangelware und Sie haben die Höhe, um nach oben zu ziehen.
Ok, das war mein Negativpunkt an diesem Set. Nun zu dem, was ich daran liebe:
1. Die Griffe der Messer sind gut geformt und ausgewogen. Egal, ob Sie einen Vollgriff oder einen Zangengriff verwenden, der Komfort des Griffs macht einen großen Unterschied, wie Sie sich am Ende des Tages mit Ihren Messern fühlen! Denken Sie daran, dass Sie sie grundsätzlich nicht verwenden werden, wenn sie sich nicht gut anfühlen. Warum also sollten Sie sie kaufen?
2. Denken Sie daran, dass jedes hochwertige Messer NUR MIT DER HAND GEWÄSCHET WERDEN KANN!!! Lassen Sie ein Messer NIEMALS nass liegen. Wischen Sie es mit einem Messerlappen ab und los geht‘s. Das ist sicherer und Ihre Messer behalten jahrelang ihr Aussehen!!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Messern und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen. Denken Sie nur daran, dass dieser spezielle Messerblock NICHT gut unter Schränken funktioniert.

Sicuramente il coltello più affilato che abbia mai avuto. Bello, manico ergonomico, peso giusto.
J'ai commandé ce couteau pour remplacer un couteau à pain que nous avons depuis des années et qui ne coupe pas (vous voyez ce que j'ai fait là ?).
Il est ergonomique et coupe très bien notre pain au levain fait maison, laissant beaucoup moins de miettes que notre ancien couteau. J'ai le sentiment que cela va durer un certain temps.
Une fois reçu, le couteau était en fait plus que ce à quoi je m'attendais. J'ai adoré son apparence, il a un bon poids, pas lourd, il était vraiment agréable dans ma main. Bien équilibré…..
